How do I stop my paper temporarily while on vacation?
Delivery of the printed paper can be stopped online through our Manage My Account option. Simply click the Manage My Account link found in the Subscriptions tab. First-time visitors will be required to Register their account in order to select a password and update their e-mail address. Or call 541-923-1370 during business hours. Online options:
Donation of your newspaper : to stop delivery or your printed paper and donate those papers to a local program.
Share Because You Care program. This allows our senior citizens, women housed in shelters, and active-duty military personnel who may not be able to afford the luxury of a newspaper each day the enjoyment of being both informed and entertained through your generosity.
Vacation Pack : We can save your missed papers in a Vacation Pack and deliver them to you upon your return.

Where is The Spokesman's office located?
Our office is on the west side of Bend, on a bluff on Mt. Washington Drive near Century Drive. The address is 1777 SW Chandler Avenue, Bend, OR 97702. The Bulletin and The Spokesman are both owned by Western Communications, Inc and business for both is conducted from this office.
